But I'm playing the long game, and figure I'll outlive the older generation. I feel bad arranging the assassination of the Littlejon, and worse when the poisoner blabs my name. Lord Brun's only offspring is The Greatjon, who in turn has only a single son to inherit. The middle brother, Mors Crowfood, has no wife or children. Lord Brun, Hothor's eldest brother rules in Last Hearth. I also send a marriage proposal(matrilineal) to Lord Hothor the Whoresbane, who is vaguely, distantly in line to inherit Last River, Last Hearth, and the Seal Shore. I send a betrothal offer to Lord Lambard of Weeping Bay, between my young son and the eldest of his two daughters, as he has no male heirs. Lord Stark calls levies from Widow's Watch now and then, but I'm more focused on what's going on in the North meanwhile. The War of the Usurper is currently going on, but I don't have much involvement. No vassals to worry about, and her liege lord is Halys I of the Hornwood, who in turn serves Lord Eddard Stark. She's a young widow, as it happens, with a young son called Robert Flint. I started a Game of Thrones game as Lady Lyessa of Widow's Watch(of the North).

I feel like I understand the basics, but am a little vague on 'best tactics'. I've also gone through all the tutorial 'lessons'. I've watched some tutorials for CK2, both with screenshots and video.
